A Great Fusion Cuisine - Also Known Peranakan Nyonya Recipes

Peranakan culture is found only in the countries of Southeast Asia, especially in Malacca, Penang and Singapore. This culture is very special, it becomes mixed marriage between Chinese and Malays, call their children "Baba" for man, and "Nyonya" for girls.

Ingredients:
1. 450 grams or mud crab
2. 4 tablespoons flour
3. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4. 8 cloves garlic, chopped the
5. 5 pieces of fresh red Chile, cut chop.
6. 1 egg.
7. 2 pieces of green onions
8. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon SquishJuice
9. 1 cup water
10. 5 tablespoons ketchup
11. 1.5 to 3.0 teaspoons of sugar.
12. 1.5 tbsp corn flour
13. 1 tablespoon miso paste
14. Quarter teaspoon salt
15. 1 bunch cilantro

Method:
1. Clean and crab in the details, remove all mud or sand. Cut in half, to one side for later use.
2. Heat a pan with cooking oil, vegetable oil once the oil is hot together, chop the garlic, cook for 1 minute, then the chilithe pan and fry until the smell.
3. Place the shrimp and cook until the crab shells turn red easily. Add water, tomato sauce, sugar, maize flour, miso paste and salt. Blend evenly and cover until cooked until the skin red.
