Thai Recipes

Thai cuisine offers many delicious dishes with spices, herbs, lemon or coconut - although different regions of Thailand, each of the ingredients tend to have their favorites - for example, coconut milk and turmeric, south, and juice Lemon northeast. - Red Curry - A very warm, with lots of spicy curry.

- Yellow Curry - A curry of fresh turmeric color (hence the yellow), but also with black mustard, cumin, nutmeg, brown sugar, Kaffa lime leaves, lemon juice, sauce and coconut milk fish .

- Gai Pad Khingan - roast chicken with vegetables and ginger.

- Tom Yam - A hot and sourFish soup (usually shrimp) or chicken.

- We are Tam - Papaya Salad rubs. There are several versions: the salad can be served with salted black crab, with peanuts, shrimp and palm sugar, salt or fish, eggplant, beans and long term.

- Satay - Indonesia, satay is a popular dish in Thai sauce. Since the original satay is grilled meat (usually chicken or pork), usually in a salad, and cucumber sticks served with peanut.
