Try a taste of Thailand with these Pineapple Spikes

I traveled to Thailand, about 7 times today, and what makes me return is undoubtedly the food. Thai chicken skewers:

- 1.7 oz roasted peanuts, chopped

Phew, that's a lot of ingredients.

Preparation:

Fortunately,hardest part of this recipe is buying the ingredients. The preparation is just dead - Cut the chicken into pieces and paste them on skewers. Mix remaining ingredients (except pineapple, cold 1 tablespoon lemon juice and grated fennel), let the meat marinate overnight.
